 感謝參與「2023年行政服務滿意度調查」問卷填寫，於113/1/19(星期五)結束問卷調查，並由填答問卷者抽出獲獎之人員，茲公布獲獎人員名單(如附件)。

  領獎注意事項：

1. 請獲贈獎品之教職員生於即日起至113/2/29(星期四)日間上班時間至教學大樓二樓校長室辦公室向羅健峰先生領取(請攜帶學生證/教職員證)。
2. 請獲獎本人親自領取以免產生爭議。
3. 獎品：7-11禮卷100元。
4. 若逾時未領取，即喪失領獎權利，所餘獎項納入後續活動使用。
5. 名單若有爭議，以留存原始資料為準。

2023獲獎名單

Dear MCUT faculty members and students：

We appreciate you completing the 2023 Administrative Service Satisfaction Questionnaire. The questionnaire ended on January 19, 2024 (Friday), and the winners will be selected from those who have completed the questionnaire. The award-winning list is released as attached.

Please note：

1. Please bring your student ID card/staff ID card to get the prizes from Mr. Lo Jian-Feng at the Office of the President on the second floor of Educational Building from now until February 29, 2024 (Thursday) during daytime work hours.
2. Please collect the award in person to avoid any disputes.
3. Prize: 7-11 NT$100 vouchers.
4. If you do not obtain the vouchers on time, you will be regarded as giving up to obtain the prizes, and the remaining prizes will be contributed to follow-up activities.
5. If there is any dispute on the list, please refer to the original sources.
